Company transactions—not standalone identifiers

Zeez does not sell, purchase, rent, or lease standalone USDOT or MC numbers. FMCSA identifiers are assigned to registered entities. A potential acquisition review concerns the legal company and its documented assets, obligations, registrations, history, and proposed transaction structure.

Owner-operator arrangements

A lease-on conversation concerns a possible written arrangement for qualified equipment and driver services under an authorized carrier’s control and compliance program. It is not permission to independently operate under a rented identifier. Eligibility, insurance, equipment, safety, compensation, and operating requirements must be documented before service begins.

Zeez is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Amazon controls Relay onboarding, continued eligibility, loads, rates, access, and account decisions. No statement on this site guarantees approval or transfer of a platform relationship.

Role and compensation

Zeez may provide consulting, operational support, introductions, or transaction-related services depending on a separate written agreement. Any role, duties, fees, commissions, conflicts, and payment responsibilities will be disclosed in that agreement. No such relationship is created merely by visiting the site or submitting an intake form.

Independent review

Parties considering a transaction or operating arrangement should obtain independent legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory advice. Each party is responsible for its own diligence, filings, approvals, and decisions.
